I. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information

You must be of legal age according to the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia to place orders. You are obligated to provide authentic, accurate, and current details for transaction validation and delivery fulfillment.

II. Methods of Payment & Delivery

We accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), Local Bank Transfers, and Online Payment QR Codes via partner banks in US Dollars (USD) or Khmer Riels (KHR).

• Phnom Penh: Free delivery (1–2 working days for COD).
• Provinces: Delivery charges apply based on location (1–3 working days).
• International: No overseas delivery is available.

III. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days after delivery with a valid receipt. Defective items are eligible for replacement only; refunds are not provided. Unopened, non-defective software packages with broken plastic seals cannot be returned due to licensing restrictions.

IV. Warranty Terms

All items carry standard vendor/manufacturer warranties. KTA Computer passes these warranties directly to the consumer. Warranty protection explicitly excludes drops, water damage, electrical surges, tampering, software misconfigurations, or data loss.

V. Repair Hardware Services

KTA Computer operates as an independent third-party repair provider. Replacements may utilize high-quality components when OEM parts are restricted by manufacturers.

Unclaimed Devices: Equipment left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification will be classified as abandoned property and disposed of or recycled at our discretion.
